Dates and times:
 
Friday, July 29th, 2022 @ 10 am preview 8 am- day 1 will be all items outside- see photos.
 
Saturday, July 30th, 2022 @ 10 am preview 8 am- day 2 will be all new store stock, new bikes, and quads, all service area tools, forklifts, trailers, collectibles, and parts.
 
Sunday, July 31st, 2022 @ 10 am preview 8 am- day 3 will be parts and pallet racking and shelving.
 
Checkout times: you may check out each auction day until 6 pm. You must be at the auction site no later than 3 pm to check out. There will be a strict 10-minute warning at the end of each day for you to leave and come back the next day. Checkout past 6 pm is available for purchase @ 150.00 per hour and must be paid upfront.
 
Additional checkout days are- August 1st,2022, and August 2nd,2022 from 9 am to 4 pm each day. If more time is needed please let us know your plans so we can work with you.
 
Special preview: Thursday, July 28th from 10 am to 6 pm- this is a good opportunity for you to come out and make some detailed notes for auction days.
 
Online bidding: Will be limited to certain lots of our choice and will be simulcast live. Online bidders will have special rules to follow, as will be explained when they register online. Please read the terms and conditions. If you want the best auction experience, I would advise being in-person as we have a real live auctioneer.

We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. NO CHECKS. Buyer pays applicable sales tax plus 13% Buyer’s Premium if the sale is an auction. All sales final, no refunds or exchanges. All items sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, stated or implied. Buyer responsible for removing all purchases by the day of sale, unless other arrangements are made directly with our Management (such as for large equipment, etc.). Central Valley Estates & Auctions and its clients are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or personal injury. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Notice: Buyers, you are responsible for the dismantling, removal, loading, and transporting of all your purchased items. You must come prepared with adequate help and supplies, not limited to: Persons willing and able to load heavy items into your vehicle, tools for the dismantling of said purchase, moving blankets, paper packing materials, tie downs, ropes, tape, and boxes. Supplies will no longer be made available to the buyer by Central Valley Estates & Auctions. All items must be picked up the day of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds or credits will be given for items left after closing hours of each day. All items including electronics are Sold As IS. There will be no refunds or credit given.
